Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, 66, 63 and 65 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions and account balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity at the direction of the client and/or FA/PWA.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in research relating to investment portfolio holdings and preparing materials for client meetings.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning at the direction of the FAs/PWAs/teams.
• Support marketing strategies (e.g., website maintenance).
• Assist teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
• Remain current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
