Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for FAs/PWAs/teams; cultivate and enhance client relationships.
• Process money movement requests and report account balances as needed.
• Respond to general inquiries about client accounts and instruments.
• Enter profile data and pre-fill documents; assist with account openings.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with research and portfolio reviews.
• Support marketing efforts and assist with planning and events.
• Handle administrative tasks: calendar, travel, expense reports, and office duties.
• Participate in training programs, projects, and other duties as assigned.
