Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, 66, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team, supporting client relationships.
• Execute money movements per client requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documents as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings using approved systems.
• Support data entry for new accounts and financial planning as directed.
• Assist with marketing activities and website maintenance.
• Help teams deliver against business plans and client service models.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
• Participate in training, programs and other duties as directed.
