Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and reassure with a calm demeanor
• Update patient records and retrieve prescriptions as needed
• Collect and process payments and assist with supplies and grooming purchases
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
• Assist clients with questions and referrals to the appropriate team member
