Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn carrier software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts.
• Answer client questions regarding coverage via email and phone.
• Support new business issuance in line with carrier guidelines and firm standards.
• Remarket accounts as needed to align with client needs.
