Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Kentucky is seeking a Client Relations Team Specialist to provide prompt, high-quality service across day-to-day account needs. You will handle coverage questions, remarket accounts, and support new business in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll build knowledge of carrier contracts and systems, advise on risk exposures, and strive for accuracy in all client and firm interactions.

Qualifications

• Current state insurance license and ability to obtain required licenses within 90 days.
• College degree preferred; professional designations (CPCU, CIC) a plus.
• 3+ years in personal insurance with familiarity of contracts, guidelines, systems, and claims.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; able to learn firm and carrier software programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests for small to large accounts.
• Answer questions regarding coverage via email and phone.
• Support new business issuance per carrier guidelines and firm standards.
• Remarket accounts to maintain alignment with client needs.
• Advise on risk exposures and counsel on coverage questions.
• Review inspection reports for coverage accuracy and loss prevention.
• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in client, firm, and carrier interactions.
