Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Client Relations Specialist to support clients, patients, and caregivers, monitoring program participants’ ability to manage care and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 plus a $2,000 annual bonus potential and a full benefits package.

The successful candidate will handle admissions, referrals, and communications with clients, caregivers, and Case Managers while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of program participants.
• Complete consumer admissions/intakes as directed.
• Ensure client services are authorized and communicated to clients and caregivers.
• Manage referrals and maintain communication with clients and Case Managers.
• Provide timely updates to Case Managers and internal teams.
• Assist with time reporting issues and operational support.
• Notify leadership and payor sources of concerns, including fraud or misuse.
• Complete monthly customer service calls and maintain consumer records and budgets.
