Job summary

Horizon Health Behavioral Health Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator II to join the Mental Health Outcomes team at the National Support Center Corporate office in Lewisville, TX.

The role is in-office and focuses on answering standard to moderately complex client questions while supporting the client relations team with communications and internal projects.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1–3 years related work experience.
• 3–5 years preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, written and customer relations skills.
• Experience in health-related and administrative fields required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine client questions via phone, web meetings, or email.
• Sends standardized communications about participation rate, deadlines, updates.
• Coordinates with internal resources to deliver projects and support needs.
• Coordinates new client set-up processes with team members.
• Maintains client FAQs, feedback, and recommendations data.
• Supports communication about company news, policies and products/services.
• Ensures correct posting of reports.
• Tracks client satisfaction and retention metrics in MHO systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned in the office.
