Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in delivering exceptional client service. The role involves handling client inquiries, processing transactions, and preparing materials for client meetings with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 and Series 63/65 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by client or FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams with research and materials for client meetings.
• Assist with data entry for new account openings and financial planning.
• Support marketing efforts and website maintenance.
• Support teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.
• Stay current on firm policies and new platforms.
