Job summary

LimoLink seeks Client Relations Specialists to support corporate and aviation clients with global ground transportation. You will gather reservation details, manage changes and cancellations, and coordinate passenger interactions with chauffeurs through phone, email, and web applications.

Ideal candidates possess basic computer skills, multitasking and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a talent for building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Specialists will gather customer reservation details, manage reservation changes and cancellations, and coordinate passenger interactions with chauffeurs, to ensure a five-star service experience for our clients.
