Job summary

Limolink Incorporated is seeking a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to manage premium ground transportation for corporate and private clients worldwide. This role operates 3rd shift in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and requires excellent communication under pressure.

You will assign reservations to vetted partners, monitor compliance with QA processes, and creatively resolve last-minute changes. A self-driven, detail-oriented individual who can work with minimal supervision will excel

• Previous third-shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground transportation arrangements for high-end corporate clients worldwide.
• Assign reservations to vendor partners based on availability.
• Ensure vendor partners comply with LimoLink’s Quality Assurance processes.
• Manage last-minute reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Find creative solutions to unique and challenging problems.
