Responsibilities

• Update customer accounts and service information in company systems.

Client Relations Specialist

Location: Elgin, IL

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience + Commission!

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Build relationships. Keep customers informed. Help our service team stay on track.

Advantage Contractor Solutions is growing our Elgin team and looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Client Relations Specialist who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep things moving in a busy service environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience
• Experience in HVAC or any trade is a big plus
• Service coordination or dispatching experience is preferred
• Professional phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable adapting to last-minute scheduling changes
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
