Job summary

CHI Health at Home is seeking a Client Registration Support Associate to support Home Health and Hospice. You will process physician orders, handle documents for physician signatures, and communicate effectively to reflect quality and client focus.

The role requires confidentiality of HIPAA-protected information, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build strong referral-source relationships while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of HIPAA-protected health information.

Responsibilities

• Processes approved physician orders.
• Delivers and picks up documents that need physician signatures for identified accounts.
• Presents products and services to convey quality and understanding of customer requirements.
• Promotes open information flow and education in home care or hospice goals.
• Completes and submits required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintains accurate files on key referral sources to support client and branch relationships.
• Tracks physician signature documents using standard management software.
• Follows up on items needed in support.
