This role is responsible for managing a team, supporting business objectives, and maintaining strong client partnerships in a fast-paced environment.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, managing requests, inquiries, and daily operational needsMaintain a professional, organized, and client-ready environment at all timesParticipate in leadership discussions, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain processes and procedures to support efficient service deliveryMonitor performance metrics and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvementMaintain and update operational documentation and playbooksBuild and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service deliveryConduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure a high standard of appearance and functionalityAddress concerns and service requests promptly, ensuring resolution and follow-upOversee meeting and conference room operations, including setup, coordination, and space managementMonitor room usage and ensure spaces are properly maintained and ready for useSupport mail and print services as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely completionAssist with project coordination, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverablesLead, develop, and manage team performance, providing coaching and feedbackSupport hiring, training, and employee engagement initiativesPartner with internal teams to address employee-related matters and support retentionParticipate in training and development to strengthen leadership and operational performanceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:3–5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operationsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systemStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsQUALIFICATIONS:Client-focused mindsetLeadership and accountabilityOperational efficiencyProblem-solving and decision-makingAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 90,000 to 105,000 USD per year.
