• Coordinate information between customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, repair facilities and dealership staff.
• Follow up on open matters to move them forward or escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits as appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues to management or insurance/repair professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy requirements.
