• Ask customers intake questions regarding their insurance needs and circumstances.
• Enter customer information into agency management systems and insurance quoting platforms.
• Obtain preliminary quote information, as directed by the licensed insurance agent.
• Provide all information gathered to the licensed insurance agent for review.
• Refer questions to the licensed insurance agent for coverage advice.
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with the licensed insurance agent.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and notes.
