Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Indiana State Revolving Fund and OCRA grant processes.
• Understanding of IDEM, DNR, and IFA reporting requirements.
• Ability to present complex financial data to governing boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensuring understanding of service needs.
• Lead marketing plans and outreach strategies for new services.
• Manage end-to-end service contract securing process.
• Implement Asset Management Plan services aligned with state mandates.
• Manage and execute Water Loss Audit and Validation process.
• Act as lead consultant for project funding lifecycle.
• Direct development of Preliminary Engineering Reports.
