Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or a related client service/office support environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; owner of day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors as the primary point of contact for the Boston office.
• Answer and direct calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Support investor communications, meeting preparation, and information requests.
• Assist with client onboarding, account documentation, subscriptions, redemptions, and other operational activity.
• Coordinate with custodians, administrators, investment professionals, and outside service providers.
• Prepare client materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client records and internal documentation.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and occasional client events.
• Oversee office supplies, vendors, mail, deliveries, and day-to-day needs.
• Support senior team members on administrative and operational projects.
