Keegan Ferraro - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success in Huntington Beach, CA. This role focuses on building client relationships and bridging customer needs with agency teams.

As a team member, you will market relevant products, respond to inquiries, and help drive growth through proactive service and sales activity. This is a full-time, non-remote position with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
