Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Client Relations Senior Analyst to support strategic growth through relationship management, market intelligence, and data analytics. You will track client engagement, prepare insights, and help identify new opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in client relations or business development, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in client relations, business development, relationship management, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze client relationships, business opportunities, and engagement activity.
• Maintain CRM and business development databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for leadership.
