Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or related discipline (work experience considered in lieu).
• Excellent grammar and composition skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Knowledge of brokerage or banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field/operations staff and management to upsell and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes.
• Participate in client-facing phone coverage at least one day per week.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.
