Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field staff, operations, and management to resolve complaint-related issues.
• Build strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn departmental processes.
• Manage workload with initiative, self-motivation and accountability.
• Participate in coverage of client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week.
• Maintain a professional, client-focused approach when addressing inquiries.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.

• Responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.
• Requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week.
• Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
• May support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed.
