Client Relations Coordinator
This role sits at the intersection of client experience, data integrity and mission impact. The work you do directly supports grants, certifications and strategic initiatives that help credit unions better serve their members and communities. Strong data and well‑managed processes make that impact possible — and that’s where you come in.
Who We Are
CU Strategic Planning is a 100% employee‑owned company on a mission to unlock opportunities for credit unions to change lives and uplift communities. We partner with credit unions of all sizes to increase the impact of their loans and services, helping them better serve their members and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Our work is purpose‑driven, but our culture is people‑centered. We believe strong results come from trust, collaboration, accountability and a genuine commitment to each other and the communities we serve. We value curiosity, clarity and continuous improvement—and we create space for our associates to contribute ideas, grow their skills and do meaningful work that matters.
If you’re passionate about purpose‑driven work and want to contribute to a mission that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
