Position Summary

We are hiring a Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator to support client management, relationship building, and agency growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling client coordination, and supporting business development initiatives in a healthcare environment.

This position works closely with the Supervisor / Operations team and plays a key role in client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

• Serve as a main point of contact for clients and families
