Taylor Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in the Dallas office. This role supports our counselors and ensures a seamless experience for both new and returning clients, with 30 or 40 hours per week.

Graduate students in Counseling or Psychology are strongly preferred, as the position offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a growing private clinical practice while supporting client care.

• Currently enrolled in a Counseling or Psychology graduate program (preferred).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Professional phone presence and excellent written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments for new and returning clients.
• Respond to billing inquiries and client questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support to counselors and leadership.
