Qualifications

• Maintain all required CEUs for state license.
• Experience working with a diverse age and client population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CEUs to keep your state license valid.
• Collaborate to complete intakes and assign therapists.
• Conduct therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
• Complete client reports, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Use telehealth as needed for patient sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation with the front office support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Work in collaboration with the front office to complete intakes and assign the therapist best fit for the client.
• Complete therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families, developing your own caseload with the specific populations you enjoy serving.
• Complete reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, and continuity of care documentation.
• Assist with client sessions held in‑office at any of our physical locations in The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, TX, and use telehealth as a convenience for face‑to‑face care.
• Coordinate a few after‑school/after‑work/weekend hours a week to build a solid caseload.
• Administer new patient charting in collaboration with the front office and keep up with clinical documentation.
• Support satellite office arrangements if you have a practice in another Texas city.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in a related mental health field, or a higher degree.
• State of Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
• Experience working with a diverse age and client population.
• Additional certifications or experience are a plus (Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc.).

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
