Taylor Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in the Dallas office. This role supports our counselors and ensures a seamless experience for both new and returning clients, with 30 or 40 hours per week.

Graduate students in Counseling or Psychology are strongly preferred, as the position offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a growing private clinical practice while supporting client care.

Taylor Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our counselors and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and returning clients.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a private practice setting while learning the operational and administrative side of mental health services. Graduate students in Counseling or Psychology programs are strongly preferred, as this position offers valuable exposure to the inner workings of a growing clinical practice while directly supporting client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for new and returning clients
• Respond to billing inquiries and client questions in a timely, professional manner
• Provide administrative and operational support to counselors and leadership
