Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Calabasas, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support internal and customer requests regarding filing status and business filings. You will answer phones, determine caller needs, research questions and resolve issues.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and cross-functional collaboration. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 hourly with eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 3 years of customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• 1 year in sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (read & write).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones; determine caller need, research questions, answer questions, and resolve customer problems.
• Utilize state agencies to determine filing status and report results to customers.

This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan.
