Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Sacramento is seeking a Client Services Technician for the sample receiving department. You’ll receive shipments, unpack coolers, verify paperwork, and log samples into our system with accuracy.

A high school diploma or equivalent and excellent customer service are required. Prior shipping, warehouse, or lab exposure is welcome, but Pace will provide training. This full-time role offers benefits and a path to develop in environmental testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Experience in a laboratory, shipping, or warehouse setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
