Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project reporting tools.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, Primavera P6, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor milestones, field progress, and critical-path activities to keep work on schedule and within objectives.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, vendor communication, material deliveries, site access, and logistics.
• Identify and help resolve scheduling conflicts, scope gaps, site constraints, and other issues affecting performance.
• Serve as a central communication link between office and field, distributing updates and decisions.
