The Account Coordinator at Culture Studio in Chicago will serve as the operational project leader, executing client orders from quote through delivery. You will partner with a Key Account Manager, manage day-to-day projects, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Art, Logistics, and Quality to keep work moving on schedule.

You’ll own quotes and order processing, verify orders, artwork, delivery dates, and project specs, handle revisions, coordinate vendor communications, and monitor

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, operations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.

Description

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator is the operational project leader responsible for executing client orders from quote through delivery. Working in partnership with a Key Account Manager, this role owns the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring every order is executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Account Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, including Purchasing, Production, Art, Logistics, and Quality, to keep projects moving and proactively identify and resolve challenges before they affect the client experience.

1. Project Execution Manage the complete operational lifecycle of assigned orders. 2. Operational Excellence Maintain exceptional organization, documentation, and order accuracy. 3. Client Support Provide timely communication, estimates, acknowledgments, and project updates. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Drive alignment across Purchasing, Production, Art, Shipping, and Supply Chain.

Position Duties

Manage quote creation and Order processing.

Partner closely with assigned Key Account Managers to support strategic client objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, operations, or a related field.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Strong project management mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.

Ability to anticipate challenges, identify risks, and resolve issues before they impact clients or production.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Screen printing, apparel decoration, promotional products, or branded merchandise industry experience is a plus.
