Job summary

Sun Valley Landscaping in Omaha, NE seeks a Client and Project Coordinator to be the first contact for clients while coordinating sales and production support. You will qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, manage material ordering, and coordinate utility locates and deliveries.

Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Office 365, CRM, Aspire, and related platforms, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred; must handle multiple priorities and maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative coordination, project support, scheduling, logistics or operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and follow assignments through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Sun Valley Landscaping clients; coordinate sales and project details.
• Qualify new leads and route to the appropriate division or salesperson.
• Schedule and confirm design-build sales appointments; maintain CRM with accurate client info.
