Job summary

WebMD's Medscape team is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support client satisfaction and program delivery for Medical Affairs accounts. This role partners with the primary relationship owner and manages project deliverables, while independently handling smaller projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, account leadership, and deadline-driven project execution.

Qualifications

1+ year of account or project management experience, ideally in a medical communications agency.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, Workfront, Salesforce, Google, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Support account team with project execution, including kick-offs, status report updates, and project progress reporting.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Help manage client relationships with pharma, medical device, and healthcare partners; translate priorities for internal teams.
Track project implementation using task management systems; monitor scope and timelines.
Streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
