WebMD LLC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support client satisfaction and program delivery for Medical Affairs accounts. You will partner with the primary relationship owner, manage project deliverables, and handle smaller projects independently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, account leadership, and deadline-driven execution. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ year of account or project management experience, ideally in a medical communications agency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support account team with project execution, including kick-offs, status report updates, and project progress reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (Project Management, Scientific Services, Creative, Product, Insights) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Help manage client relationships with pharma, medical device, and healthcare partners; translate priorities for internal teams.
• Track project implementation using task management systems; monitor scope and timelines.
• Streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
