Job summary

WebMD's Medscape is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee overall client satisfaction and programme delivery for assigned accounts. You will be the primary relationship owner and project manager for all deliverables, defining client performance and recommending improvements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product Development, Content, and Insights, manage timelines, and translate client priorities for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management and/or project management experience in a digital/healthcare agency setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience with web-based document sharing platforms (Google, SharePoint Online).
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and/or medical publishing or relevant digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Medscape Medical Affairs accounts and manage project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage timelines for digital programs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate client priorities across internal development teams and manage project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales to expand relationships with current and prospective clients.
