Job summary

Escalent, an AI-enabled insights and expert advisory firm, seeks an Associate Director based in North Carolina to lead a high-profile client panel program. This client-dedicated role blends hands-on logistics with daily client relationship management, coordinating with teams in the UK and India.

You’ll oversee end-to-end studies, ensure seamless participant experiences, and maintain project plans across multiple study waves with on-site work in Winston‑Salem 3–4 days per week initially.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, project management, or a closely related field.
• Experience in client-facing roles; comfortable managing relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with research operations, logistics, or fieldwork coordination is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of product tests and studies; ~12–15 per year.
• Procure samples, packaging, and kits; oversee kit assembly and QC.
• Manage on-site kit distribution and participant communication; track engagement.
• Design and maintain detailed project plans; monitor timelines across workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep studies on track; migrate to Escalent platform during onboarding.
