Job summary

C Space, part of the Escalent group, is seeking a research-minded professional to join our Consulting and Research teams. You will design and lead both qualitative and quantitative studies, turn findings into actionable business recommendations, and present insights to clients to influence decisions.

In this hybrid/virtual-first role, you’ll manage projects, scope briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling stories using data visualization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in market research or related fields.
• Experience across industries including technology, financial services, retail, consumer goods.
• Experience scoping projects and managing time and cost.
• Ability to surface insights and deliver engaging storytelling.
• Experience designing and writing surveys.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client relationship management and consulting skills.
• Excellent business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Team player with collaborative approach.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to define objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to translate priorities into research plans and reports.
• Own insights on client accounts and provide business recommendations.
• Challenge client briefs to identify core business questions.
• Demonstrate analytic thinking and build narratives around insights.
• Stay current on C Space tools and methodologies.
• Help deepen client relationships with senior team involvement.
• Devise focused activities and frameworks to generate insights.
• Build relationships with consumers to broaden understanding.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative results to uncover insights.
• Present findings to clients and inspire action.
