Job summary

UPS is seeking a Specialist to partner with customers and internal teams to document operational processes for healthcare implementations. You will gather customer requirements, facilitate reviews, and lead documentation sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.

You will manage multiple projects and route final docs for approval and publication. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in healthcare operations, knowledge of Helix/Softeon, EQMS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Experience developing work instructions, SOPs, or client operational profiles.
• Working knowledge of Helix and/or Softeon systems.
• Experience with EQMS or similar quality management systems.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.

Working hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5PM. Occasional overtime required and flexibility in meeting with internal and external stakeholders.
