Job summary

Presidio, Inc. is seeking a Principal Architect for Digital Services (TMEGS) to lead presales discovery, architecture, and proposals, turning client requirements into concrete, outcome‑driven solutions. You will partner with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to position high‑impact digital services.

You will leverage executive presence and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic opportunities, and foster collaboration across a matrix organization, with travel under 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• Overall 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or consulting in digital and/or cloud technologies.
• 5+ years in domains such as application modernization, SDLC, AI/GenAI, and data estate modernization.
• 5+ years hands-on with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated comfort leading presentations, solution demonstrations and whiteboard sessions at Manager/Director/VP level.
• Aptitude for consultative presales: curious, creative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Growth mindset and drive for mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborative style with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Services Sales by collaborating with sales and architecture teams to meet revenue objectives.
• Understand customer current state and translate findings into future state architectures and roadmaps.
• Own technical opportunities and lead next steps with customer stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales and delivery to ensure success.
• Create and deliver compelling technical proposals with drawings and analyses.
• Maintain technical excellence and evangelism across relevant solution areas.
• Participate in account planning and executive engagements to build trust.
• Engage and enable Presidio team members and partners.
• Develop vendor relationships and GTM strategies with partners.
• Plan for continuous improvement and innovation in presales processes.
