Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Min 2 years in legal billing, pricing, or financial reporting/analy­sis in a professional services firm.
• Remote work allowed but must reside within commutable distance to a firm office.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and present financial data accurately.
• Experience with Aderant Classic/Expert; Intapp Intake; Litera Foundation Finance/ Foundation Scoping.

Responsibilities

• Set up standard rates for new timekeepers in Aderant.
• Process rate requests and apply appropriate rates per client agreements.
• Review and approve fee arrangements for new business intake.
• Document and set up fee arrangements for new clients and matters.
• Process ad hoc rate changes with required approvals.
• Maintain budget tracking for Fixed Fee and Fee Cap matters.
• Review OCGs and engagement letters for financial terms.
• Maintain client rate change notice requirements and due dates.
• Prepare and coordinate client advance rate change notices.
• Coordinate annual override rate reviews and updates.
• Maintain accuracy of rate and fee documentation in Aderant.
• Collaborate with pricing analysts on complex rate requests.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and support from the Pricing inbox.
• Support pricing/finance special projects and priority initiatives.
