Job summary

Winston Taylor seeks a Client Pricing Specialist to implement and maintain client rates and fee arrangements. You will collaborate with partners and departments to manage pricing requests, perform financial analysis, and support annual pricing initiatives.

Strong Excel, AI tool familiarity, and experience with Aderant and Intapp are essential. You will operate remotely while residing within a commutable distance to a firm office, coordinating with Billing and Finance to ensure accurate rate

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Minimum of two years in legal billing, pricing, or financial reporting and analysis in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

Review and set up standard rates for new timekeepers in the Aderant system.
Review and process Accounting Restrictions rate requests in Aderant.
Review and approve fee arrangements for New Business Intake (NBI).
Review, document and set up fee arrangements for newly opened clients and matters.
Review and process ad hoc rate change requests with Finance Partner approvals.
Set up and maintain budget tracking for Fixed Fee and Fee Cap matters.
Review OCGs and Engagement Letters for financial terms with Conflicts.
Maintain database of client advance rate change notice requirements.
Prepare and coordinate client advance rate change notices.
Coordinate annual review of Firm override rate arrangements.
Maintain accurate rates and fee arrangement documentation in Aderant.
Collaborate with Client Pricing Analysts on rate and pricing matters.
Monitor Pricing inbox and provide ad hoc reporting and support.
Support Pricing and Finance special projects and priority initiatives.
