Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support high-producing advisors in Vancouver, WA. You will prepare financial plans, assist with client meetings, and manage paperwork from new business to rollovers, while coordinating events and marketing compliance.

The role emphasizes client relationships, analytical work, and in-office collaboration four days a week with one day remote. A strong foundation in finance and licenses within 150 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Licenses and registrations as described are needed or obtainable within 150 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisor in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; manage data entry and follow-up.
• Prepare and submit new business paperwork; coordinate insurance applications and rollovers.
