The Marketing Transformation Client Partner serves as the lead for professional services sales related to a client’s MarTech and Marketing data stack (e.g., Marketing Cloud Platforms) and related Analytic services revenue in the Financial Services Industry. Uses in-depth industry knowledge, Acxiom solutions, and partner solutions to drive growth across the assigned industry.
The work includes:
- Leading efforts to create marketing transformation and modernization solutions to address complex marketing challenges, requiring deep understanding of client needs.
- Interacting with senior management at client organizations, determining pursuit strategies, developing messaging plans, and applying marketing modernization strategies.
- Having the autonomy to make decisions and set objectives to maximize industry growth.
- Operating within the Acxiom partner ecosystem and managing complex sales activities with existing clients.
- Developing and executing plans for marketing digital transformation playbooks supporting vertical growth within the financial services industry.
- Delivering high-quality work on time and fulfilling commitments.
- Providing a consultative approach, active listening, problem-solving, and building trust-based relationships.
- Leading contract negotiations for new business and renewals.
- Escalating issues and providing feedback to stakeholders and teams.
- Supporting overall business strategy in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Collaborating with IPG agency partners on account strategy.
- Consulting with clients on use cases and capabilities to enable organic growth.
- Possessing deep knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Platforms, CDPs, CX platforms, data, and technology.
- Bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team, enhancing methodologies and role impact over time.
You are:
- Having at least 10 years of comprehensive MarTech ecosystem knowledge and deep understanding of the financial services industry, including market dynamics, trends, challenges, regulations, and competition.
- A growth-oriented professional with a proven track record of business expansion.
- Capable of engaging in all phases of the sales cycle with technical expertise and common sense.
- Skilled in developing relationships with key decision-makers using innovative solutions and leveraging the latest Acxiom innovations.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
