Base pay range

$95,355.00/yr - $120,739.00/yr

HealtHIE Nevada is a mission-driven non-profit health information exchange supporting providers and payers across the state. We work collaboratively to improve healthcare quality, coordination, and outcomes through secure data sharing and innovative solutions.

Job Summary:

In a multidisciplinary and professional environment, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing sales, account relationships, and client engagement with healthcare providers and payer organizations throughout Nevada. This role plays a key part in advancing HealtHIE Nevada’s mission by fostering strategic partnerships, identifying new use cases, and serving as the main point of contact for assigned stakeholders. This is a Southern Nevada in-market role requiring regular on-site presence across the Nevada provider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, retain, and grow provider and payer organization relationships.
  • Serve in a broad capacity across sales, client retention, implementation support, and relationship management.
  • Meet or exceed annual net sales and client engagement goals.
  • Identify and consult on new use cases that expand service offerings and increase client value.
  • Create business plans and ROI calculators for potential services or solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal HIENV departments to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns, suggestions, and service issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in the CRM system, tracking client activities and communications.
  • Stay current on all HIENV products, services, and data requirements.
  • Communicate HIENV’s mission and vision clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with HIENV leadership to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare, business, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and/or clinical settings is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Nevada healthcare marketplace.
  • Ability to attend same-day, in-person meetings with clients throughout the region.
  • Travel within the state as needed.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in consultative and complex sales approaches (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and efficient in using CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
  • Must be able to work in varying environments, including client offices and occasional exposure to weather during travel.
  • Noise levels are generally moderate.
