What you’ll do:

  • Own and grow key customer relationships across OSS/BSS and adjacent digital domains
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, delivering long-term value
  • Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Lead commercial discussions, develop strategic account plans, and influence transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate across technical, delivery, and offshore teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Travel across North America as needed (home base near an airport is a must)

Who you are:

  • A seasoned relationship leader with 10+ years in enterprise software and telecom
  • Experienced in OSS/BSS, Cloud, or digital transformation initiatives within telco environments
  • Trusted by clients, persuasive with execs, and laser-focused on results
  • Able to navigate complex organisations and close multi-million dollar programs
  • Located in the US and open to travel
