Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner Growth leader focusing on driving revenue growth of our key engagements in the HiTech business unit. As a strong business executive, you’ll handle the responsibilities of managing relationships and growing the revenue from the engagement. Prior experience of similar responsibility with proven results of accelerated revenue growth of a HiTech engagement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As the Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in Coforge’s next phase of growth. This is a key client facing position with revenue growth of the engagement as the key performance parameter.

You will be responsible for driving growth with the account / engagement:

Drive Pipeline and Revenue growth:

  • This role will focus on growing the portfolio exponentially with business margins across account with high growth potential.
  • The growth will be driven by expanding existing client relationships and opening scalable new relationships & business within this existing account.
  • Focus on large deals, scale existing client relationships.
  • Additionally, the role collaborates with relevant Coforge service lines, pre-sales and delivery teams to structure value proposition proposals and negotiate contracts for client.

Candidate Profile / Experience

  • 15+ years of Market development experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in tier-one consulting/Global System Integrator companies, playing a key role in growing engagements in the Fortune 100 clients in HiTech segment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the capacity of Client Partner role managing relationship of engagement in HiTech segment.
  • Should have a strong successful sales experience, leadership experience and a good understanding of the Hi-Tech industry.
  • Credentials in generating and closing deals and nurturing existing relationships by leveraging a multi-disciplined bid team and creating solutions which resonate with the clients.
  • Key relationship handling ability at C-Level executives in Silicon Valley
  • Should have exceptional communication skills, digital technology, breadth and depth, a passionate services mindset and exceptional sales skills to push deals over the finish line with sound planning and persistence.
  • Experience in presenting technology recommendations/concepts/POVs to C-level audiences.

Education

Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT or a related field, an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
