Job summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth and expand its market presence in Financial Services. You will manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, building senior relationships with CIOs and business leaders and partnering on digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, modernization, and automation initiatives.
You will lead revenue opportunities across assigned accounts, coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams, and articulate compelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or technology solutions selling.
- Proven track record of generating new revenue and closing large engagements.
- Experience selling IT services and digital transformation to Banking/Capital Markets/Financial Services.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies, map client organizations, and expand relationships.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, account management, and global resourcing teams to develop winning solutions.
- Conduct client needs assessments and articulate compelling value propositions for technology and consulting services.
- Represent Synechron at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
