Job summary
Synechron, a global IT services and digital transformation firm, is seeking a Client Partner in Pittsburgh to drive growth in the Financial Services sector. You will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and partner with senior client stakeholders on cloud, AI/ML, modernization, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT services sales, consulting, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing large engagements.
- Experience selling IT services to Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Strong network to engage senior executives in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within accounts and territories.
- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies, map client organizations, and expand existing and new client relationships.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, account management, and global resourcing teams to craft winning solutions.
- Represent Synechron at industry events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
- Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and emerging technologies.
