Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth in the Financial Services sector. This role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and guiding digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, modernization, and automation initiatives.

You will manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, collaborate with delivery and global teams, and represent Synechron at industry events to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Services sales, consulting, or technology solutions selling.
• Proven track record of generating new revenue and closing large engagements.
• Experience selling IT services and digital transformation solutions to Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services clients.
• Strong network within the financial services industry and ability to engage senior executives.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Develop account strategies, map client organizations, and expand existing and new client relationships.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, account management, and global resourcing teams to develop winning solutions.
• Conduct client needs assessments and articulate compelling value propositions for technology and consulting services.
• Represent Synechron at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
• Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and emerging technologies.
