We're seeking an exceptional Client Partner to join our Financial Services vertical—a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving results and shaping strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll harness the unmatched breadth of PS' capabilities and the collaborative power of Publicis Groupe to uncover new opportunities, transform client businesses, and ultimately improve financial outcomes. This isn't just about driving revenue—it's about making a tangible difference for our clients and the customers they serve.

What You'll Bring:
  • Banking Experience: Deep understanding of commercial banking and capital markets, with a track record of selling technology to banks.
  • Technology Solutions Sales: Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions within the financial services space, particularly to banks.
  • Technical Background: Ideally, someone who started their career in engineering and transitioned to business development, bringing a robust understanding of technology and market dynamics.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Advocate for your clients within PS, aligning cross-functional teams and leveraging the best of our practices, alliance partners, and capabilities to drive impactful solutions.
  • Visionary Thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends, providing clients with forward-looking insights and innovative ideas to stay competitive in a digital-first world.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Expand PS' footprint by cross-selling solutions, services, and capabilities across horizontals, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery.
  • Community Builder: Contribute to our global Client Partner and Growth communities by sharing strategies, best practices, and thought leadership that inspire excellence across the organization.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience within the financial services vertical, specifically in banking, insurance, or capital markets, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
Additional Information

Pay Range: $175,000 - $280,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
